“Whatever the reason you are seeking help, you have already completed the most difficult step, seeking help. Life comes at us fast and sometimes we need help to navigate all of the obstacles that life throws at us. If you are working to navigate through a difficult time, we can work together to set goals, realize and regain your strengths, and develop/renew a long-term plan for success. There are times when everyone needs some help living life on life's terms. Trying to view obstacles from a different perspective can not only be refreshing but can let us see a more clear view of what amazing potentials we can unlock within ourselves.
Being willing to seek help is a sign of great strength. I am dedicated to hearing and working with you in a confidential, safe, nonjudgmental, person centered environment. I work with clients of all ages, sex, decree, race, religion, and any other identifier that may define a person. I specialize in addictions, PTSD, grief, and disruptive event management.
Along with my degree and clinical experience, I am an Army Veteran, husband of almost 20 years to an amazing wife, and a father to 5 wonderful children. I have lived both stateside and abroad in both first and third-world countries. This experience has given new perspectives and understanding of how to help and empathize with people from many walks of life.”
